Founded in 2023, the Equity Health Center is a collaboration between The Alliance for Health Equity and The Health Equity Group (formerly the Greater Coatesville Hospital Closure Group) and is funded through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) by the Chester County Health Department.

The goal of the Equity Health Center is to minimize the disruption of healthcare services after regional hospital closures, and build an integrated healthcare ecosystem to meet the needs of all residents in the Greater Coatesville area.

We have assembled skilled and trusted care providers to meet a wide range of patient needs including physical, mental, and emotional health care, with an emphasis on preventative care. Our providers are interconnected to ensure patients can access the care they need.

We provide high-quality care in a manner that is whole-person centered, equitable and culturally tailored. In addition to in-person care, we offer digital access and a wide range of resources to help eliminate barriers to accessing health services.
